About LeapWise
An FDE (forward-deployed engineering) company: our engineers work on site, run the PoC on your real data, wire AI into the systems you already use, and are accepted against your business metrics.
Mission
To be China's leading FDE company, helping traditional enterprises transform and making society more efficient.
Where we are

- Shenzhen branch
- Serving clients across China
上海阶跃汇智网络科技有限公司 (LeapWise)
An engineering team from China's top internet companies
Our core team comes from China's leading internet companies, with backgrounds in large-scale infrastructure, AI engineering and quantitative finance. We bring big-tech engineering standards to every project: load-tested before launch, every change staged and reversible, every figure sourced.
- Every figure is sourced before it goes out
- Nothing launches until the load test passes
- Evaluation-gated releases with one-click rollback
- Install, upgrade and rollback are all rehearsed
01
Large-scale infrastructure & SRE
High-concurrency services, compute clusters, monitoring and capacity planning
02
AI engineering & model training
Fine-tuning, RL, inference serving, retrieval and agents
03
Quant finance & data
Strict data definitions, backtest discipline and auditable computation
Delivery principles
- Data stays inside
- Open-weight Chinese LLMs deployed privately, with external model APIs switchable off. Dedicated-cloud and hybrid setups are supported too.
- Code computes the numbers
- Quotes, amounts and parameters come from a rules engine and stay traceable. The language model only understands, retrieves and explains.
- Accepted on results
- Acceptance metrics are written into the proposal. Below the bar, it doesn't launch; after launch, results are reported monthly.
- Nothing new to install
- It lives inside WeCom, Feishu, DingTalk and the business software people already use — no new system to learn.
How we run a projectRead about the FDE method
Start with a half-day workshop
Your business owner and IT lead join us to pin down 1–3 candidate use cases and their success metrics.
Book a use-case workshop1
Use-case workshop
- Business owner and IT lead attend
- Map 1–3 candidate use cases and the state of the data
- Output: use-case list and draft success metrics
2
PoC proposal
- Data and system boundaries, evaluation-set design
- Milestones, commitments on both sides, acceptance bar
- Output: a PoC proposal ready to sign
3
Run the PoC
- Your real material, in a private or demo environment
- Weekly check-ins with visible metrics
- Output: evaluation report and launch plan
